Our IT service includes unlimited helpdesk as standard. Even better than that, our helpdesk is fully inclusive of both remote and onsite support.

If your team needs our engineers in-person, we'll be there.

Our helpdesk operates from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday with optional extended hours and weekends available.

Our expert helpdesk team are trained to a minimum of MS-900 which is an industry recognised Microsoft 365 certification to ensure they know the services you are using and can support your whole team.

The end-user experience starts with their device. That's why our team handle the full user on-boarding experience for our clients to ensure every member of your team knows how to use their device and get the best from the products and services we deliver.

Device management is at the heart of what makes Under One Cloud different. All of our clients devices are managed within their Microsoft 365 tenant allowing our engineers seamless control to update apps, security policies, rules and access rights.

Full device setup and user induction is included in our service plans, something you'll not find easily elsewhere.
