We manage all of the software renewals, updates, alerts and performance, as well as bringing in at least 1 new product during the course of your contract. The UOC way is to add continual improvement to your business.
What is Co-Managed Cloud for my Business?
Co-Managed Cloud is where an IT Partner takes responsibility for specific services within your business. The roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, which makes this solution a team effort.
Typically UOC will provide a business with the Full Stack, complete 365 ecosystem setup and management, plus provide 3rd Line/Infrastructure level support. The customer will be responsible for 1st Line, 2nd Line and IT Directorship roles but have the full backup of the UOC team if they need it.
Internal teams can make use of our remote monitoring, helpdesk, project services and more during the course of the partnership.
